GMBA 501 Financial Accounting (3 credits): Online Course, May 13 to June 29
A study of basic accounting concepts, techniques, and systems with a focus on reporting, analysis, and interpretation of accounting data used for decision making.


GMBA 561 Fundamentals of Financial Management (3 credits): Online Course, July 1 to August 17, Prerequisites: GMBA 501
A survey of financial decision making, using ratio analysis, the time value of money, the cost of capital, and capital budgeting concepts. Considerable time is spent outlining the environmental (macro-finance) factors that affect financial decisions.

The Education Consortium of the Upper Allegheny (ECUA) has partnered with
Gannon University to offer two affordable Associate Degrees

Through this innovative partnership with Gannon University, ECUA is proud to announce the availability of these associate degrees for only $12,000 including tuition, application fee, and student fees.
To qualify for the reduced tuition rate, students must be residents of PA, and cannot be currently
enrolled at Gannon University. These associate degree programs will be offered through a combination of face-to-face instruction and interactive TV (ITV) at four primary sites including –

• Coudersport/Port Allegany area
• Meadville area
• Kane/Warren area
• St. Marys/Brockway area.

LPHI 131: Introduction to Philosophy (3 credits): An introduction to the study of philosophy. This course surveys both traditional and modern approaches to the philosophical understanding of the human condition.

BCOR 201: Financial Accounting (3 credits): This course provides the student with an overview of both the demands for and uses of accounting information as it relates to the decision-making process. In addition, the course provides a thorough review of the accounting cycle and the operating areas of the balance sheet. Prerequisite: MATH 114
