Intermediate Unit #5
Preparation and Skill Review for College or Job ImprovementDaytime and evening classes are offered through the IU#5 in cooperation with the Warren/Forest Hi-Ed Council. The GED class will help prepare students to take the General Education Diploma (GED) examination. The Skill Review class is designed to help students improve their skills in English, Writing and Math for job advancement and/or college preparation.
The program provides:
- Pre-testing to determine each student’s needs;
- Classroom instruction;
- Individual and group work in the five GED test areas;
- Open-entry/open-exit format allows students to test when ready.

Corry Hi-Ed CouncilGED Exam Cost: $100, Presession included.
Writing, Math, Social Studies, Science and Reading. Registration is now being taken. Two forms of ID–one must be a photo. Payment is required with registration before the day of the Presession. Minimum enrollment required for Exam to be held.GED Exam Presession

Presession – Wednesday, October 8 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at Hi-Ed.
GED Exam – Wednesday/Thursday, October 15-16 from 5:30 p.m. at Hi-Ed.Daytime
Presession – Monday, November 24 from 8:00-9:00 a.m. at Hi-Ed.
GED Exam – Monday/Tuesday, December 1-2 from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at Hi-Ed.
