Scholarship Programs
Scholarship applicants must meet the Council’s eligibility requirements and complete the necessary application forms. Forms are available online and in the front office of the Council. A scholarship award for a term is not a commitment by the Council to future funding or to continuing funding at the same level.

The Warren/Forest Higher Education Council’s Part-time student scholarships are partial-tuition awards based on merit and need. Scholarships are awarded to students enrolled in credit courses offered in cooperation with the Council.

The Warren/Forest Higher Education Council’s non-credit student scholarships are partial-tuition awards based on merit and need. Scholarships are awarded to students enrolled in non-credit business/industry courses or job skills training offered in cooperation with the Council.

Warren Garden Club Scholarship

The Warren Garden Club is accepting applications for a $500 Scholarship to be awarded to a resident of Warren County with a GPA of 2.5 or above enrolled in one of the following areas of study.

Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Architecture, Conservation, Forestry, Botany, Agronomy, Plant Pathology, Environmental Control, City Planning or Lan Management.
