Job Shadow Program: Click Job Shadow, to view the brochure.
This program allows students to visit workplaces that match their career interests and learn whether or not they might consider them further in their post-secondary plans. In order to reduce the load on some of the most popular business partner locations, twice a year we hold Job Shadow Days where groups of students are transported to business locations for an overview of the business, and a time to focus on their particular area of interest. Either activity can be used to satisfy part of the graduation requirements of the Warren County School District.

Industry Club of Warren County: Middle school students explore the world of work, learning about career clusters during this program. They visit employers, interact with speakers, create projects based on their interests, travel to college campuses, and compete in a regional event at the end of the program.

Requests for Proposals: RFP’s provide an opportunity for educators to obtain mini-grants for classroom projects involving career exploration. Funds for this program are donated by local business and industry to School-to-Work.
