Hi-Ed in North East, PA

The 4 N.I.N.E. Center and the Warren Forest Higher Education Council work together to bring

educational classes to North East, Pennsylvania that enhance the lives of those in the community in the areas of job skills and personal enrichment. Please check the location of each class. Some of our classes are

held at the 4 NINE Center, and some are held at Gravel Pit Park.
